Sukh Nat has 20 years’ banking experience in commercial and residential real estate finance with the likes of Santander, Natwest and RBS group and is currently an Executive Director with Cynergy Bank. During his time with Santander, he was Chair of a Diversity & Inclusion network. He also serves on the Board of Governors at Birmingham City University and has been involved in the Coventry & Warwickshire Local Enterprise Partnership. He is married, has two children and lives in Solihull. Sukh was inspired to join West Midlands Ambulance Service after having cause to contact the Trust when his son became unwell. He was so impressed by the care and compassion shown by the crew that he wanted to give something back so applied for the role of Non-Executive when the opportunity arose.
